We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all haircuts/blowouts/single process colors. This includes all spa services.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all foil/balyage services.
Any late cancellations or no-shows within these timeframes may result in a 50% charge. Additionally, we may require a deposit for your next appointment.
